We talk a lot about juicing for health benefits and adding fresh juices into your daily regimen for overall health and wellbeing (not to mention disease prevention, boosting your immune system, improved skin, etc.). Going one step further, a brief period of a juice fast, or juice cleanse, can be a great way to reboot your system and rid it of toxins and “sludge” that have build up over the past few months. Many of us think about ways to reboot this time of year, and a juice cleanse is the single best thing you can do for your health to jumpstart a new healthier lifestyle!
Below you’ll find some tips to get you started, as well as my favorite recipes that I rotate during my 5 or 10 day cleanses. On Monday, January 5th, I’ll be starting a 5 day reboot to kick off the new year, and I invite you to join me!
